1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the luckpot platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. All financial transactions on luckpot — including deposits and withdrawals — are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Players are responsible for ensuring that the payment details they provide are accurate, current, and belong to them; luckpot does not accept third-party payment methods. Minimum and maximum deposit or withdrawal limits may apply and will be communicated through the platform's deposit page. luckpot uses secure processing protocols to protect your financial information in transit and does not store sensitive payment data beyond what is strictly necessary to complete a transaction. 7. Limitation of Liability
luckpot provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except as required by applicable Philippine law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, luckpot will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings due to technical failures, connectivity interruptions, or force majeure events. luckpot is not responsible for losses arising from decisions you make during gaming sessions — outcomes are governed by certified random number generation or live game mechanics, and results are final once a round is completed. You acknowledge that online gaming involves inherent risk and that luckpot has no obligation to compensate you for gaming losses that result from normal platform operation. In circumstances where luckpot is found to be liable by a competent court, the total liability shall not exceed the amount deposited by the player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine consumer protection legislation.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
luckpot reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and without prior notice if it determines — at its sole discretion — that the account has been involved in a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, or any other conduct harmful to the platform or other players. In cases of suspected fraud, luckpot may freeze account funds pending investigation and will cooperate fully with Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities as required. Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the support team, and any remaining balance that is verifiably legitimate will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with the standard verification procedures. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without the express written permission of luckpot. Your interactions with third-party services — including payment providers used during the deposit or withdrawal process — are governed by those parties' own terms and conditions, which you should review independently. luckpot is not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience arising from your dealings with third-party services, whether or not such services are accessed through the luckpot platform. If you encounter any issue with a third-party service in connection with your luckpot account, you should contact both the relevant third-party provider and the luckpot support team so the matter can be reviewed.
11. Changes to These Terms
luckpot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time, and such changes will be effective upon publication on the platform. However, it is your responsibility to check this page regularly to stay informed of any updates. Continuing to use the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
